How this works: step by step

 

Step One: Design Consultation
We work with you to determine your specific needs and then advise you as to the most effective products for your business. For starters, we recommend that you download our Get Started Toolkit.

In the toolkit you receive:
• Our Product and Pricing Catalog.
Copywriting Questionnaire. Need help writing a brochure that sells? This specifically designed questionnaire is based on time-tested marketing principles that helps you generate powerful and persuasive copy for your target audience.
• Branding Audit Checklist
. Do your customers see your company the way you want them to? This checklist quickly exposes weaknesses in your overall corporate identity and how to fix them.

Step Two: Project Brief
Once we have decided on what products you need we conduct a simple project brief. The project brief helps us identify your goals, expectations, and items we will need to do the best job possible. We require a deposit of 50% of your total cost to get started. For your convenience, you can place your deposit with a credit card or check.

Step Three: Creative Design
After identifying your expectations and goals, we collect any other items we may need (your logo, and brochure content for example) we start laying out your design using an innovative design philosophy combined with time-tested and proven marketing techniques. Because we are working to completely satisfy you, the turnaround time for design work varies, and can take anywhere from 2-7 days*.

Step Four: Collaborate
You will be able to access your design proof via a weblink that we will email to you. You do not need any log in information or passwords. We use a powerful program called ProofHQ to manage collaboration. See a short video on how this program works. This step allows you to collaborate with and pass on information to our design team online. You can make comments directly on your proof, and even approve it for print when you are ready. Once you make revisions on your proof we will review them and make changes, usually within 24 hours. Have a question? Need guidance? No problem. We can also review along with you ensuring the best outcome possible for your marketing plan. Three rounds of revisions are included in the cost of your package, and if you take time to revise your design thoroughly, this is usually enough rounds to complete your project. Any additional rounds are available at just $50 each. The collaboration process typically takes just a few days.

Step Five: Approve for Print
Once you are completely satisfied with the design, you then click the approve button on the proof and your files will be prepared for print.

Step Six: Checkout
After approval, the final balance is due. There are cases where multiple orders have been placed and for various reasons they will not be at the same place in development. If you ordered more than one item, you can opt to wait until all items are caught up to pay, or you can pay as each item is approved.

Step Seven: Let's Print
Once you have approved your job for printing and have checked out (paid in full), Your brochures will be professionally printed on high quality paper. All of our printing presses are environmentally friendly. Depending on the item being printed, turnaround times range from 4 to 12 business days.

Step Eight: New Brochures!
Your freshly printed brochures will arrive and be ready for use by you and your sales team. Don't forget, reorders are just a phone call away. Since we store all of your print files in-house we have special reprint prices for when you need a reorder.
